The tapas board from Andersen Furniture has a nice shape which is perfect for serving eg pizza or tapas. The board is around, but has a plaster at the end so it can easily stand on the kitchen table and rest up the wall - without rolling around. The practical handle is another good detail that makes the tapas board easy to handle when serving.
The tapas boards are made of solid oak that has a high content of tannic acid, making it antibacterial. The product is therefore suitable for use in connection with food. In addition, oak is a durable natural material that spares your knives.
Before use, we recommend that the product be treated with sunflower or rapeseed oil. In addition, to preserve the glow and resistance of the product, it is also recommended that it be continuously maintained with oil. In addition, be aware that the wood fibers can rise after commissioning. This can be remedied by brushing with sandpaper grain 240 or finer. The product does not withstand machine washing, but is washed on all surfaces with soapy water.
