You can warm it in the microwave, find a comfortable place to lie and place it over the eyes. Its weight helps the muscles around the eyes to relax. Or you can get it in the freezer and enjoy the cold around the eyes, especially if they are a little swollen. With it you will experience the relaxing and refreshing effect. The cover can be removed and washed.

How to use the pillow:
Remove all labels and make sure your microwave is clean and the insert can rotate freely. Put the pillow in the microwave and spread the weight equally. Heat it in 10-second intervals and never more than 1 minute in total. Check the cushion temperature after each interval and rotate it. Wait 20-30 seconds before using it. To cool the pillow: Put it in a bag and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
