Spices, Garlic, Parsley & Red Bell Pepper

This spice mixture for vegetables includes, among other things, garlic, shallots, black pepper, parsley, onion and pepper. The mixture is made according to Nicolas Vahé's special recipe and fits perfectly with a wide selection of vegetables. For example, try it on potatoes and root vegetables baked in the oven, or in a vegetable mixture fried on the pan.
