Take a hot foot bath or enjoy a while in the bathtub. Grease your feet with a good layer of cream and then put on the socks. Keep them on until the cream has penetrated well into the skin. When you take off the socks, you can massage the excess cream into the skin. Turn the wrong side out and rinse the socks with water. Added to dry and can be used up to 50 times.
